Equipping the canopy with double-layer, flame-suppressing grease traps:
1. First layer: vertical slats.
2. Second layer: standard expanded metal grease trap, detachable for cleaning.
Suspensions
If necessary, alternative suspension locations or types of suspensions can be arranged.
Drain Opening with Plug
As an additional option, a drain opening can be equipped with a nozzle and plug, allowing for the installation of a drain tap, a hose attachment, or a modification for hanging a removable gastronorm pan.
