Terms and Conditions

  • Interested parties wishing to request a price or technical project offer should submit their request, including the necessary documentation and identification details of the applicant, including the company ID and VAT ID.
  • INDUCTair® will prepare a technical or price offer and send it to the applicant with additional information.
  • In the case of order realization, the applicant will send INDUCTair® a binding order with all required details according to the technical specifications of the order – see "download" section  
  • INDUCTair® will process the order into the production cycle and confirm the order with a draft purchase agreement.
  • The applicant will confirm the purchase agreement and send it back to INDUCTair®, which will then begin the production of the order.
  • Within the agreed time frame, INDUCTair® will prepare or deliver the respective extractors.
  • On the agreed date, INDUCTair® will carry out the air volume adjustment, known as harmonization, issue a protocol for the measurement performed, train the users on maintenance and cleaning of the extractors, and provide the warranty certificate. Only at this point does the warranty period begin and the guarantee for proper and energy-efficient operation according to the specified criteria.
  • Without performing the harmonization, the proper function of the extraction system cannot be guaranteed, nor will any potential claims or extended warranty periods be acknowledged. The standard warranty period of 24 months will begin from the date the extractor is handed over to the customer.
