Description of INDUCTair® Extraction Hoods
The INTDUCTair® hoods (coverings) are made as self-supporting, all-stainless steel units, crafted from stainless steel 1.4301, P1, with a brushed surface. This material meets the strictest hygiene standards for equipment used in kitchens. They feature a built-in air injection system, stainless steel grease filters, built-in lighting, and suspension mounting elements. The internal profile of the covers is smooth and free of protrusions.

1. The extracted space is smooth, without protrusions and hard-to-clean spots. 2. The cross-section of the negative pressure chamber, derived from the shape of the cover, is chosen to allow the extracted air to flow at the appropriate speed while maintaining the maximum possible accumulation space. The negative pressure chamber is connected by drainage holes to the drip tray. 3. The positive pressure chamber is used to evenly distribute the injected air into the individual nozzles. |

4. The exhaust collar with a flange (25mm wide) is made of stainless steel and is riveted to the cover. We can also manufacture circular collars for circular exhaust pipes. The diameter of the collar is limited by the design of the hood.
| 5. The injected (inductive) air fan is equipped with a speed controller and draws air from the space above the cover through an opening, covered with a stainless steel plate. The exhaust into the overpressure chamber is bilateral. The connection of the fan to the speed controller is part of the delivery. | ![]() |

6. The lighting fixture is located in the superstructure above the cover, so it does not interfere with the accumulation space. Only in the "N" type (see Types and Dimensions) is it located in the space of the modified overpressure chamber. The cover made of vinyl glass "Opal" is sealed with a polyurethane self-adhesive tape.
| 7. The plug for condensate drainage is made of nylon, does not protrude from the profile of the cover, so there is no risk of damage during transportation or injury during cleaning or assembly of the cover. | ![]() |

8. The grease filters are standardly made of stainless steel, with a layered perforated sheet design, and their dimensions are adapted for the complete removal of harmful substances from the air stream saturated with pollutants, initiated by the injected air from the nozzles. The dimensions do not exceed the capabilities of a standard dishwashing machine.
| 9. Nozzles for injected (inductive) air with the option to adjust the direction of the air flow, lockable by tightening the fastening screws. | ![]() |

10. The hangers consist of rotating nuts M10, located at the corners of the canopy (in longer canopies, also in the middle or as needed). |
