Induction extractor hood - INDUCTairAssembly
Electrical connection
The connections to the hood are made from above.
The connection point is a small electrical installation box with a terminal block. This small electrical installation box with a terminal block, the large electrical installation box with regulation, and the air induction fan must remain accessible (minimum 20 cm clearance from the ceiling) for harmonization, service, or potential repairs.
The lighting and induction system are standardly interconnected, including the electrical installation box with regulation to the connection point – the electrical installation box with terminal block, where the entire hood is connected.
The switches for the lighting and induction air fan are not included in the delivery. The connection to the terminal block through switches on the hood can be ordered additionally. The placement of switches on the hood does not comply with applicable regulations due to the height above the floor.
From the factory, the speed of the induction fan’s electric motor is set to zero or minimal speed. Proper adjustment is then performed during harmonization by qualified personnel or service technicians.
Note: By agreement, if space above the hood is limited, these installation boxes can be placed freely on long connecting wires, allowing connection and access by pulling them out from the hood and returning them to the hood after connection and regulation.
Manipulating or arbitrarily adjusting the speed will not guarantee optimal function and may be a reason for the rejection of a claim or cause damage to the regulator or electric motor!
