Determination of dimensions

Choice of type

Depending on the ceiling height in the kitchen, we choose the design:

Type OZV .. With the exhaust collar facing upwards, for a clear room height of at least 3 meters.
Type OZV .. B With a side exhaust collar, if the clear height does not allow for the connection of the exhaust duct above the canopy.
Type OZV .. N Angled design with a side exhaust collar, light fixture in the accumulation space behind the angled front partition – for very low kitchens (has a smaller accumulation space).

 

Volba šířky

Šířku odsávacích zákrytů volíme tak, aby při výšce spodní hrany 2100 mm byly dodrženy přesahy přes půdorys varného zařízení dle následující tabulky:

Doporučené minimální přesahy
Pro zařízení u stěny min. 250 mm
Plynové sporáky, tály, grilovací a smažící desky min. 300 mm
Zařízení s poklicí (kotle, pánve apod.) min. 350 mm směrem otevírání poklice
Zařízení s dvířky (konvektomaty, pece) min. 400 mm směrem otevírání dvířek

Pro zařízení, stojící ve volném prostoru doporučujeme zvětšit minimální přesahy o 50 mm.

Přesah je nutný na obě strany.

Pro takto stanovenou šířku zákrytu zvolíme z typové řady nejblíže větší rozměr.

Length Selection

The length of the cover is selected based on the length of the cooking equipment assembly with side overhangs, according to the table of recommended minimum overhangs.

From the length range, we choose the nearest larger dimension.

Basic length range in mm: 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1450, 1600, 1700, 1800, 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200, 2300, 2450, 2600, 2700, 2800, 2900, 3000, 3100, 3200, 3300, 3400, 3500, 3600, 3700, 3800, 3900, 4000, 4100, 4200, 4300, 4400, 4600, 4800, 5000, 5200, 5400, 5600, 5800, 6000 ...... length unlimited.

An atypical length for equipment in a niche, between columns, etc., is possible by agreement.

For larger dimensions of the cooking equipment assembly or in cases where the access paths are insufficient, multiple covers can be used.
